What Causes Eye Bags and How to Deal With Them

Applying Cold Compress – Take some ice cubes, place them right in the center of a clean cloth (i.e. wash towel, handkerchief etc) and wrap it all around the ice. Apply Tea Bags – Tea bags works great due to their tannin properties. Leave wet tea bags over your eyelids for several minutes in order to reduce not just the swelling, but the discoloration along your eyes as well.

Perform facial Exercise – Close your eyes firmly and begin looking up and then down. Next, open your eyes widely and then relax. Take a quick breather and repeat the entire procedure again. This will help tone the skin along your eyes and will also prevent fluid from getting retained along the eye region.
